For every data point that was positive, there was a balancing negative one depending on which property type one is looking at, or whether you are comparing it to the previous month, or twelve months ago. It was a neutral-to-positive month. Most data points were positive compared to the previous month. Only the sales volume compared to a year ago was down substantially, but that market was a different world, and in two months that strong contrast probably will disappear.
