We offer over 35 years of real estate experience working with buyers, and do so for only a 1% buyer representation fee. Starting in 2024, this new representation format offers buyers similar, and sometimes even greater, savings than the 50% buyer rebate we have been offering since 2009 — and it is simpler.

How It Works

The buyer representation fee is usually written into the purchase contract as being paid by the seller. This fee is negotiated and included in the purchase contract, just like all other terms. The lower the fee, the larger the savings for you as the buyer. Other brokerages often charge 2.5–3%.

Two Powerful Options for Maximum Savings

  1. Include just our 1% fee — making your offer stronger and more attractive to sellers.
  2. Include our 1% fee + request a seller credit for some or all of any unused portion of what the seller is offering toward buyer representation (often 1–2%).

Option 1 — Strongest Offer

Include only our 1% fee. Your lower fee makes your offer more attractive to sellers.

Option 2 — Maximum Cash Savings

Include our 1% fee + request a seller credit for part or all of the remaining buyer's agent commission offered.
