- The sales figures for June for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a positive month. Sales volume for both homes and condos jumped up from the previous month. Median prices for both property types increased from last month and one-year ago. The median home price actually set a new record high, as did the combined three-month moving average. Inventory increased a little, and pending sales volume looks neutral. (7/7/26)
