- Hawaii's Suprmeme Court rules in favor of  D.R. Horton's mixed-use Ho'opili project located between Waipahu and Kapolei which eventually may include over 11,000 residences. (12/23/15)

- From DBEDT, interesting residential sales data for the entire state over recent years. Oahu, at over 84%, has by far the highest percentage of local buyers of all the islands. Note that homes and condos are combined, and average prices are used vs median prices. (12/21/15)

- From UHERO, gauging the affordability of Honolulu homes and condos. (12/14/15)

- The November sales numbers for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a fairly neutral month. Sales volume is definitely slowing down as it usually does this time of year. Median prices were down from the previous month, but similar to a year ago, but the combined 3-month moving average for both property types is still at a record high. Inventory dropped quite a bit, but matches the annual pattern, and pending sales volume looks good. Here are the full HBR stats for Oahu. Individual neighborhood data will be released in the middle of the month. (12/7/15)
