- The March sales numbers for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was an extremely positive month. The median home price set a new record for the third month in a row, and the condo median price was up nicely from 12-months ago. Sales volume for both homes and condos was extremely active - possibly due to interest rate concerns. Condo sales volume may have been a record as well. Home inventory inched down even further, and condo inventory had a large reduction. Pending sales volume, looks extremely strong. (4/7/21)
