- U.S. adds 145,000 jobs in December. (1/11/20)

- The sales figures for December for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a nicely positive month. Sales volume was in line with the annual wintertime pattern. Median prices were up solidly for both property types from last month and from a year ago. Inventory again dropped significantly, and pending sales volume looks quite strong. (1/6/20)
