- The November sales numbers for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was another neutral month, and fits the annual pattern as we head towards winter. Sales volume may be slowing a bit as expected, but for both property types it was higher than last year. Median prices were basically flat compared to twelve months ago. Inventory dropped significantly, and pending sales volume looks quite solid. (11/6/19)
