(1/22/17) - HBR has released the December neighborhood data here. (1/16/17) - The sales figures for December for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a mixed month. Sales volume was very high for this time of year. Median prices were lower compared to last month, but higher than a year ago. Inventory continued to drop, and pending sales volume looks quite large. Here are the full HBR stats for Oahu.
