(12/16/16) - The November sales numbers for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was another neutral-to-positive month. Sales volume started to show signs of the annual winter slowdown, but was higher than last year. Median prices were also nicely higher than a year ago, but have been a little flat in recent months. Inventory continued to inch downward, and pending sales volume looks quite strong.
