(5/16/15) - The sales figures for April for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a fairly positive month. Sales volume was very active. Median prices were definitely higher than a year ago, but have been bouncing around in relatively even range for the last five months.
