- The sales figures for August for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a neutral-to-negative month. Sales volume was higher for homes, and flat for condos, compared to last month, but down from a year ago. Median prices were lower for both property types compared to last month, and either flat or lower compared to twelve months ago. Inventory was relatively even, and pending sales volume looks very solid. Here are the full HBR stats for Oahu. Individual neighborhood data will be released mid-month. (9/7/14)
