- The sales figures for February for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It looks as if the single-family home market is in the usual winter slowdown, but the condo market is surprisingly active with increases in sales and median prices compared to last month and year-over-year. Combined inventory is still shrinking and pending sales volume looks good. Here are the full HBR stats for Oahu.
