![]() April, 2026 « Next month - Interest rates, and war, put damper on national home sales. (4/17/26) - U.S. existing home sales declined in March, but the median sale price increased for the 33rd consecutive month. (4/15/26) - The March sales numbers for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a neutral-to-positive month. Sales volume for homes was up strongly compared to the previous month and a year ago. Condo sales also were up from the previous month, but down a bit from twelve months ago. Median sales prices were up or flat depending on which time frame one looked at. The combined three-month moving average of both property types set a new record - primarily due to the median home prices. Inventory increased a little, and pending sales volume looks fairly level.
