 February, 2022 « Next month - Case-Schiller national price index up over 18% in December. (2/27/22) - U.S. home prices aren't slowing down. (2/24/22) - Nationally, existing home sales surge in January. (2/20/22) - Happy Valentine's Day! (2/14/22) - The January sales numbers for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a positive month. Sales volume was still quite active for this time of the year, and much more active than 12-months ago. The median home price remained at it's recent record level, and the median condo price set a new record, as did the 3-month moving average for both property types. Inventory increased a hair, but it's still more than 25% below last year's level. Pending sales volume again looks appropriate for wintertime.
