- Interesting poll results, 40% of residents of San Francisco said they plan to move in the next few years. And, the amount of vacant office space continues to increase. (7/16/21)

- The sales figures for June for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a very positive month. Across the board, all data points were positive. Sales volume was very high. The median home price just barely set another record, as did the combined three-month moving average, and the median condo price was almost a record. Inventory was basically flat, and pending sales volume is extremely large again. (7/6/21)
