- The May sales numbers for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a record setting month. Sales volume was very high for both property types, and the 3-month combined moving average set a new record. The median home price set another new record, the median condo price went up nicely, and the combined average was also a new record. Home inventory appears to have set a record low, as did condo inventory, and the combined 3-month average. Pending sales volume is extremely large. (6/10/21)
