(5/15/20) - The sales figures for April for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a very mixed and unusual month as the effects of quarantine on the market start to appear. Sales volume decreased, but median prices went up. Inventory dropped significantly, but pending sales volume looks good.
