- U.S. unemployment rate at 50-year low. (10/14/19)

- The September sales numbers for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was another neutral month. Sales volume for both property types was mixed, but the combined three-month average is still quite high. Median house prices went down, but median condo prices went up. Inventory continued to inch downward, and pending sales volume looks quite good. (10/8/19)
