(4/16/18) - The March sales numbers for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a generally positive month. Sales volume jumped back up as one would expect exiting the slower winter market. Median prices have been bouncing around lately, but condos set a new record, and the combined 3-month moving average also set a record. Inventory increased as properties come on the market for spring, and pending sales volume looks solid. Here are the full HBR stats for Oahu.
