 January, 2018 « Next month - Very nice video montage of Oahu. (1/31/18) - U.S. home prices up 6.2% in November. (1/31/18) - Federal Reserve appears to be holding things steady. (1/31/18) - Nationally, nominal-vs-real prices in November. (1/31/18) - Hawaii's hotels set new records in 2017. (1/26/18) - Nationally, home prices are expected to continue upward. (1/23/18) - HBR has released the December neighborhood data here. (1/16/18) - The sales figures for December for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a fairly even month, typical for wintertime. Sales volume was still rather active, but mixed. Median prices were flat, or dropped, from the previous month, but still above a year ago. Inventory definitely tightened up, and pending sales volume is quite solid.
