(9/21/16) - From DBEDT, updated data on residential sales trends for the entire state. (9/20/16) - HBR has released the August neighborhood data here. (9/16/16) - The sales figures for August for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a positive month. Sales volume was quite active. Median prices were mixed compared to last month, but comfortably higher than a year ago, and the 3-month combined moving average set a new record.
