(5/17/16) - HBR has released the April neighborhood data here. (5/16/16) - The sales figures for April for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was another positive month. Sales volume was solid. Median prices for both property types were significantly higher than one year ago, condos set a new record, as did the 3-month combined moving average. Inventory bounced back from the surprisingly low numbers the previous month, and pending sales volume looks very strong. Here are the full HBR stats for Oahu.
