(3/16/16) - The sales figures for February for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was another rather positive month. Sales volume was still in the winter phase, but more active than a year ago. The single-family median price has bounced around from month to month, but is definitely higher than last year. The same for the median condo price, and the 3-month combined moving average set a record. Inventory was fairly steady, and pending sales volume looks strong. Here are the full HBR stats for Oahu.
