- The sales figures for October for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a fairly neutral month with decreases in sales numbers balanced out by relatively stable median sale prices. Sales for both homes and condos finally showed signs of the annual autumn/winter slowdown compared to last month (the three month moving average of both is stable). Median prices have been rather stable for several months. Inventory is low and pending sales volume looks good. Here are the full HBR stats for Oahu and individual neighborhood data is available here. (11/8/11)
