![]() July, 2011 « Next month - June visitor spending up, arrivals down. (7/28/11) - More flights to Oahu, and potential visitors, from Brisbane and Osaka. (7/15/11) - The sales figures for June for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. There were some positive notes but it was a rather even month with mixed data points. The three-month average of combined sales for homes and condos increased last month for the third month in a row. Median price changes each month have been canceling each other out and the combined three-month average has been basically flat for four months. Inventory is slightly up and pending sales volume looks very good. Here are the full HBR stats for Oahu and individual neighborhood data is available here.
