- Happy Thanksgiving! (11/25/10)

- With visitor numbers increasing, the state's economic forecast is also improving. (11/21/10)

- For Veteran's Day, something we've posted before, but still a very warm tribute - "Every day is a bonus". (11/11/10)

- The sales figures for October for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. The October data is rather mixed when compared to last month and can be viewed as either being slightly negative or simply continuing a fairly even-keel year. Median sale prices dropped but are within the band of prices for the last twelve months and basically even with a year ago, sales volume dropped for homes but went up for condos, listing inventory went down a little, and the number of pending sales (future closings) looks good. Here are the full HBR stats for Oahu. Individual neighborhood data is available here and local coverage of the latest data can be found here and here. (11/9/10)

- Visitor arrivals increase in September. They have gone up every month this year. (11/5/10)
