- The sales figures for December for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was another mixed month. Sales volume increased for the first time in several months. Median sale prices were mixed but leaning towards positive. Inventory dropped significantly, and pending sales volume also looks positive. (1/9/23)
