- The November sales numbers for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a very mixed month. The median home price bounced back to near record levels, while the condo median price dropped a little. Sales volume dropped again, which makes it less easy to compare data points from one time frame to another. Inventory went up a bit, but the number of months of inventory is still low. Pending sales volume looks like it's improving. (12/7/22)
