![]() March, 2026 « Next month - The sales figures for February for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a mixed-to-positive month - showing the split between the single-family home market and the condo market. Sales volume for homes increased from last year, and the median sale price was a new record. Condo sales volume was basically flat, as was the median price from twelve months ago. Inventory for both property types was fairly even over the last few months. Home inventory is still much lower when looking back over the last year. Pending sales volume looks more positive.
