- The May sales numbers for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a mixed month, which is a bit of a surprise considering the positive previous month. Sales volume was up for condos, but down for homes, and the combined three-month average was still high. Median prices were down a little compared to both the previous month and twelve months ago. Inventory for homes and condos continued its slow upward trend. Pending sales volume looks neutral.
