- The November sales numbers for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a neutral-to-positive month. The market was on a fairly even keel last month, with most data points relatively close to the previous month. Sales volume is still high for this time of the year, especially condo sales which were nearly 50% higher than last year. Inventory decreased a hair, and pending sales volume looks solid. (12/6/21)
