- The sales figures for June for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a very mixed month with a positive feeling. The effects of the Covid quarantine on the market are still evident, but current market activity, which will show up in the data in a month or two appears to indicate a return to a normal market. Sales volume is bouncing back. Home sales are only down 5% year-to-date from last year. Condo sales volume has been affected more, but condo median prices are stronger. Home inventory is still very low, and pending sales volume looks very good. (7/9/20)
