July, 2019 « Next month - Very interesting look at the proposed vacancy tax. (7/13/19) - U.S. payrolls jump in June. (7/12/19) - The sales figures for June for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a generally positive month. Sales volume was down from the previous month, but this may just be part of the usual annual pattern, and the numbers fit in with the new general volume level for this year. The three-month combined moving average for sales volume is at the highest point its been at in seven months. Median prices were up for both property types from last month and a year ago, and the combined 3-month moving average was the highest in six months. Inventory was up just a little, and pending sales volume looks very solid. (7/8/19) - Happy Independence Day!
