- The November sales numbers for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a fairly neutral month. Sales volume dropped from the previous month, which fits the seasonal pattern, but wasn't far off from one year ago. Median prices increased monthly, but were mixed compared to last year. Inventory inched up a tad again, and pending sales volume looks good. (12/7/23)
