- The sales figures for October for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a basically flat month. For every data point that was positive, there was a balancing negative one depending on which property type one is looking at, or whether you are comparing it to the previous month, or twelve months ago. Inventory inched up a little, which is good, and pending sales volume looks flat. (11/7/23)
