(8/15/25) - The July sales numbers for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a neutral-to-negative month. Sales volume was mixed for both property types, and the combined three-month moving average for both property types was flat. Median prices went down across the board.
