(6/13/25) - Happy Kamehameha Day! (6/11/25) - The May sales numbers for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a neutral month. Sales volume dipped a little, but the combined three-month moving average for both property types increased. Median prices went up $5K for homes, and down $5K for condos - both higher that a year ago. Inventory was basically flat, and pending sales look to be on an even pace.
