- The March sales numbers for the Oahu real estate market have been released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. Here is a single-page set of charts showing the last 12 months of data. It was a record setting month. The median prices for both homes and condos set new records, as did the combined 3-month moving average for both property types. Sales activity also went up significantly, which fits with the annual pattern of increased springtime activity. Inventory changes were mixed, but condo inventory had a large drop. Pending sales volume looks to continue the same activity level. (4/6/22)
